Hey, i am new with this so bare with me.

Basically i am wanting to be a thrower at the college level. I was semi decent in highschool but had a hand injury which kept me out for most of my senior season. I didn't know if there was any advice/training/technique that anyone would be willing to help me with. I still need to learn the spin.

I am currently just trying to get my upper body back in to shape and try and add muscle everyday.

I would appreciate any help.
